I did not learn sales only from books. I learned it in the field over more than 10 years, working across B2B and B2C, product and service sales, customer relations and contact centers. These experiences taught me what really happens behind a sale: customer psychology, needs discovery, communication, prospecting, objection handling, negotiation and closing. Today, I share practical methods that professionals and sales teams can use with their own clients and within the realities of the Algerian market. Sales is not only learned; it is lived, practiced and mastered in the field.
